The Playboy Bachelor (The Bachelors of Arizona #2) by Rachel Van Dyken

My Rating:  5 Stars
Sex Scenes: Yes.
Series: Yes, The Bachelors of Arizona #2.
Subject: A Second chance at love.
Synopsis
She's no Sleeping Beauty. And he's definitely no prince . . . Margot McCleery could have lived her whole life without seeing Bentley Wellington again-her ex-best friend and the poster boy for Hot, Rich Man-Whores everywhere. But Margot's whiskey-augmented grandmother "buys" Bentley at a charity bachelor auction, and now suddenly he's at her door. Impossibly charming. Impossibly sexy. And still a complete and utter jackass. Bentley's just been coerced by his grandfather to spend the next thirty days charming and romancing the reclusive red-haired beauty who hates him. The woman he abandoned when she needed him the most. Bentley knows just as much about romance as he knows about love-nothing. But the more time he spends with Margot, the more he realizes that "just friends" will never be enough. Now all he has to do is convince her to trust him with her heart . . .

My Review

Book given in exchange of an honest review.

I loved the first book in the series and this one was no exception!

Now it's Bentley's turn to face the matchmakers and he is in for a wild and rough ride. The story begins where we left of in the first book, he has been bought and he is spending a weekend with this mysterious woman (for us till now) from his past.

Bentley surprised me, he seemed like such an idiot when we first met him, don't get me wrong he was funny but he treated women like they worthless toys and that didn't sit well with me.

In this book we meet his exception. Margot suffered a great loss and she hasn't been the same since, she has lost touch with the world and with herself, and it's his job to get her back.

The story was fun and I couldn't put the book down! They are perfect together, even when they fight you can see how much they know each other and how deeply they care about one another.

Their attraction hasn't changed even though they haven't been close for years. They fight every step of the way, but realising they are still those two kids who couldn't stay apart is their biggest challenge.

Bentley had far more issues than what he showed us at first, he is so scared of losing that he just took himself out of the game altogether. But if he wants the HEA he needs to fight for it, risking everything, because true love never comes easy, or so they say.
