A strong woman who knows her own mind, she wants The Majestic to be great again and both men to be hers - in her bed and by her side - but will the unconventional relationship work or will everything she has ever worked for fall apart?

My Review

I got this book on Netgalley for an honest review and it's the second menage I've read from the author.

The story was different from the first one, in this book the characters are strangers to each other so the approach to the menage had to be harder to achieve.

Kat is a strong woman who is at a point in her life where she needs to prove herself to her family and she is thrown into a new place where she doesn't know anyone.

The first person she connects with is Cole, her bodyguard. I liked him, he was good at his job and wanted her from the start, so that proved to be a problem.

Julian is a different thing altogether, the description was not pleasant, I pictured him like a deuce honestly. The open shirt and sly lines were too much and why did he had to be so intense all the time?
At first I felt it forced, and I couldn't imagine how Kat could fall for him, but after a little while, he morphed in my mind and the Julian I pictured was more like a Jared Leto kind of guy (when he isn't acting weird).

Now on the sex part, the scenes were really good and intense but just as it happened when I was reading her other menage's book I was waiting for some DP action, they were missing that real connection that seems to happen in books when the three come together.
Don't get me wrong, the sex scenes are hot! but it was just hopeful thinking.

The book has a strong story line, it's not only about the sex, and we get to see the three characters face their problems and some scary situations to only get stronger and better as a person.

Overall it was a great book and a fast and fun read.

Add it now on Goodreads.
